1. Service
Rénovation Bruxelles is a matching service connecting people with renovation or construction projects to construction and renovation companies. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Rénovation Bruxelles does not itself perform the works.
2. Quotes and services
Each partner company remains responsible for its quote, prices, timelines, insurance, warranties, contractual terms and work. The requester remains free to accept or reject any offer.
3. Number of quotes
The service is designed to help users compare several proposals. Depending on the type of work, location and partner availability, up to three companies may be contacted. Receiving three quotes is not guaranteed.
4. Possible discount up to 5%
Some participating partners may offer a discount of up to 5%. It is not automatic or guaranteed and must be stated or confirmed in the relevant partner’s own offer.

Free request without a commitment to works
The introduction request is free for the applicant and does not require acceptance of any quote. The form is not an order for works or a construction contract. A works contract is agreed separately with the chosen professional after checking their quote and terms.
Review and choice of professionals
We review the project, location and supplied information to look for potentially suitable professionals. Selection for an introduction is not a quality certification or guarantee of results. Before accepting, check the professional’s identity, insurance and references, and the scope, exclusions, dates and price of the offer.
Information and photographs
Provide accurate information and only what the project needs. Upload only photos you are entitled to use and share. Submission allows assessment and sharing with relevant professionals for this request, not automatic publication in advertising. The privacy policy describes data handling.
Availability, stopping a request and complaints
Availability and response times depend on the project. This is not an emergency service. To stop a request or report an issue, email info@renovation-bruxelles.com with its reference. Stopping an introduction request does not cancel a contract already made directly with a professional. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
